Fees
Registration fees include the social hour, dinner, presentations, and vendor interaction. The optional golf outing is a separate fee.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued after July 2, 2009. Cancellations received on or prior to July 2 will receive a refund less $15 administrative fee.

Cherry Valley Lodge & Water Resort - This 18-acre resort, located 35 minutes east of Columbus near historic Granville, Ohio, is the nation’s only hotel that is also an arboretum and botanical garden. Special Room and Water Park Rate

The Ohio Pest Management Association has negotiated a special sleeping room rate of $119.00 single/ double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. For extra savings, enjoy a one-day water park rate of $19, regularly $30 to $40. Other room and water park packages are available. Golf Outing

The Ohio Pest Management Association will again be hosting an annual golf outing in conjunction with our Summer Meeting. The outing is slated for 11:15 a.m. (tee times) on Friday, July 10, 2009, at Granville Golf Course in Granville, Ohio. Granville Golf Course (www.granvillegolf. com) is a beautiful course for both the novice and the pro alike. Opened in 1926, the course was designed by the legendary Scottish golf course architect Donald Ross. Granville’s rolling wooded terrain and immaculate greens offer a challenge to golfers The course also includes a driving range and is located 1/2 mile east of downtown Granville on Broadway.

For those wishing to play, the cost is $75 per player and includes greens fees, 1/2 a cart, and drink tickets to use on the course. Awards (and undoubtedly some commentary) will be presented during Friday evening’s banquet at the Cherry Valley Lodge (see Program & Agenda for more information).

Dress code: Proper golf attire includes collared shirt with sleeves. All shirt tails must be tucked in. Denim and sweatpants, regardless of color or style, are not permitted on the course. T-shirts and metal spikes are also not permitted.

Driving Directions
From North Columbus
Take St. Rt. 161 East to Granville.  St. Rt. 161 joins with St. Rt. 37 just west of town.  St. Rt. 16 joins from the right (south) at the edge of Granville.  Follow St. Rt. 16 east.  Turn right (south) at Cherry Valley Road stoplight.  Cherry Valley Lodge is located ¼ mile south on the left side.

From Cleveland:
Take I-71 south to St. Rt.13 south. Take St. Rt. 13 south approximately 50 miles to St. Rt. 16 west in Newark.  Take St. Rt. 16 west approximately 4 miles to Cherry Valley Road stoplight and turn left. Cherry Valley Lodge is located ¼ mile south on the left side.

From Cincinnati
Take I-71 North to I-270 North/East (follow signs for Wheeling) to I-70 East.  Take I-70 East to St. Rt. 37 - Granville/Lancaster exit (Exit #126).  Turn left on St. Rt. 37 North towards Granville.  Exit east on St. Rt.16, continue 2 miles and turn right (south) at the Cherry Valley Road stoplight.  Cherry Valley Lodge is located ¼ mile south on the left side.

From Toledo:
Take I-75 south to St. Rt. 23 south.  Follow St. Rt. 23 south to Delaware, exiting at St. Rt. 37.  Follow St. Rt. 37 east through Sunbury/Johnstown/Alexandria to a stoplight at St. Rt. 161.  Turn left, follow St. Rt. 37 east.  St. Rt.37 will end and St. Rt. 16 will begin.  Stay on St. Rt. 16 approximately 5 miles and turn right (south) at the Cherry Valley Rd. stoplight.  Cherry Valley Lodge is located ¼ mile south on the left side.

From Dayton:
Take- 1-70 East to Columbus (85 miles) at Exit 126, turn right towards OH 37 - Granville/Lancaster. turn left (north) onto St. Rt. 37 (Lancaster Rd).  Approximately 8.2 miles, take ramp to right (East) onto St. Rt. 16.  Drive to Cherry Valley Rd. stoplight (about 2 miles) and turn right.  Cherry Valley Lodge is located ¼ mile south on the left side.
