OPMA Past President's Scholarship Fund Application

The OPMA Past President's Scholarship Fund is available to owners, immediate family members, employees, sons or daughters of employees or employees' spouses of an OPMA member firm. The university or college of the student's choice must be based in the United States and preference will be given to students that have an interest in pursuing a career in urban pest management or structural pest management. Second preference will be given to all other majors.

Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 with transcripts required for verification and all applicants must be full-time students of the university or college of choice. Awards are limited to one per student per calendar year.

The following application form is to be used by individuals who are applying for an OPMA Past President's Scholarship.

Application deadline for the OPMA Past President’s Scholarship will be February 28th of each calendar year. Mail or e-mail application to:: OPMA, 136 South Keowee St. Dayton, OH 45402; info@ohiopma.org .

The Ohio State University/OPMA Scholarship Fund

The annual distribution from this fund shall be used to provide a merit scholarship or fellowship to an Ohio State student attending any OSU campus who is a member of the Ohio Pest Management Association, or spouses or children of members. First preference shall be given to students majoring in urban entomology or biology. If there are no eligible candidates in urban entomology or biology, the scholarship may be awarded to a student(s) in any major. To be considered for this scholarship, you must apply on-line after January 1 but before February 15, 2012 at www.sfa.osu.edu.
